    2. Functions<\/h1><\/span>
    <\/div><\/div><\/div>

    – Advise and propose to the university the plans to organize, deploy, and manage scientific research; innovative start-ups; science and technology services; national vocational skills assessment; contests that the school participates in organized by the General Department of Vocational Education and Ba Ria Vung Tau province;<\/span><\/p>\n

    – Training and coaching on innovation, entrepreneurship and start-up support;<\/span><\/p>\n

    – Researching, providing innovative services, investing and other activities to promote the formation and development of innovative start-ups with high growth potential based on asset exploitation intelligence, technology, new business models.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

    3. Mission<\/h1><\/span>
    <\/div><\/div><\/div>

    – Scientific research work:<\/span><\/p>\n

    + To plan and organize the implementation of scientific research projects, initiatives and technical improvements of staff, lecturers and students;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Organize the transfer and application of scientific research results, technical creation, scientific and technological solutions into training and production management activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Manage the results of scientific research and technical creation of the university.<\/span><\/p>\n

    + To plan and organize the implementation of scientific research and technical innovation competitions;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Advise the university on the development strategy of scientific research and technical innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Permanent member of the Science and Training Council, the Council for considering the initiative and experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

    – Innovative start-up work:<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Develop plans and organize the implementation of innovative start-ups; services to support the innovation startup ecosystem;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Organize training courses on innovation, start-up and start-up support for staff, lecturers and students;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Develop plans and organize the implementation of competitions on innovative start-ups;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Participating in national and international projects, projects and programs related to the field of innovation and start-up;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Advise the school on innovation development strategies, start-ups and support startups;<\/span><\/p>\n

    – National occupational skills assessment:<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Develop a plan and organize the implementation of the national vocational skills assessment for students of the whole school; employees at the enterprise;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Organize national vocational skills review and training according to needs;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Coordinating activities of national vocational skills assessment at schools and providing and exchanging national skills assessment assessors at domestic and foreign vocational education institutions;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Participate in projects, projects and programs related to the field of national vocational skills assessment;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Advise the school on the national vocational skills assessment development strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n

    – Participation in competitions organized by agencies, departments and sectors:<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Plan, coordinate and organize DIY equipment contests;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + To plan, coordinate and organize the implementation of vocational educators contests;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + To plan, coordinate and organize the implementation of national vocational skills competitions; world skills;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + To plan, coordinate, supervise and organize the implementation of scientific research competitions; technical creativity; start-up innovation, … organized by agencies, departments and sectors;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Advise the school on effective participation strategies and feasibility of competitions organized by agencies, departments and sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n

    – Service activities:<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Advise the Board of Directors on service operation methods from the strengths and potentials of the school;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Providing national and international consultants; human resource training and retraining activities; incubation services; ecosystem support services for innovative start-ups (legal, financial, intellectual property, technology information, standards, measurement, quality and others);<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Provide digital space, co-working space; online support services, support to promote trial production, make sample products, perfect technology for innovative start-ups;<\/span><\/p>\n

    + Brokerage, promotion, consulting and services for technology transfer; innovative start-ups; Connecting institutes, schools, organizations on innovation and entrepreneurship, enterprises, corporations, investment funds, consultants, advisors, investors, scientists, lecturers, students, organizations and individuals engaged in scientific research and technological development activities;<\/span><\/p>\n
