80% of students from Ba Ria – Vung Tau College of Technology (BCTech) have jobs after graduation with income ranging from 8 – 15 million VND\/month.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

This is the statistic announced by Ba Ria \u2013 Vung Tau College of Technology at the graduation ceremony for 809 students. Of which, 282 are college level students, 527 are intermediate level students. At the same time, 127 students with high results throughout the course were rewarded.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ms. Truong Huynh Nhu, Principal of the School, awarded graduation certificates to students<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

For intermediate level course 24 (2022-2024), the school enrolls and trains in 13 occupations: Industrial electricity, refrigeration and air conditioning engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive technology, welding, Mechanical equipment manufacturing, Mold manufacturing, Information technology (software application), Computer network administration, Graphic design, Food processing, Culinary technology, Fashion sewing.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a result, 527 students were qualified and recognized for receiving graduation certificates this time. Of these, 28 were excellent students, 148 were good students, and 298 were fair students\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

For College level (bridged from intermediate level), in 2023 the school will enroll students in 3 occupations: Industrial Electricity, Automotive Technology, Metal Cutting.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the course, 84 students were recognized as graduates, reaching 91.3% of the total number of students at the end of the course. Of these, there were 7 excellent students, 61 good students, and 15 fair students.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh, Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and Ms. Truong Huynh Nhu, Principal of BCTech presented certificates of merit to students with high achievements throughout the course<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

To organize training for all levels, the school has developed a plan for the entire course, training progress for each school year and timetable for each semester, assigning teachers with professional qualifications, pedagogical skills, and practical experience to participate in teaching.<\/span><\/p>\n

The school regularly improves the quality of training, innovates the teaching methods of teachers and the learning methods of students, focusing on applying active teaching methods; 100% of vocational modules are taught in the form of integrating theory with practice; promoting the role of self-study, increasing investment in new and modern facilities and training equipment, building a green, clean and beautiful learning environment to best serve the learning process of students.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, the school always focuses on promoting cooperation with businesses to organize for 100% of students to do internships and participate in practical work at businesses. At the same time, in conjunction with businesses, organize for students to study advanced practice according to the specialized module program right at the business.<\/span><\/p>\n

This helps students improve their practical skills, access modern equipment, and gain practical work experience. This is also an opportunity for students to demonstrate their abilities to businesses, thereby helping them find jobs immediately after graduation.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to professional training, the school always focuses on training and cultivating ethics, awareness, industrial style, soft skills, foreign languages, information technology, and occupational safety techniques for students; organizing and creating conditions for students to participate in activities such as vocational competitions, student singing competitions, physical education and sports activities, humanitarian blood donation, and youth volunteer campaigns. At the same time, fully implementing policies such as tuition fee exemption and reduction, granting scholarships to encourage learning, supporting students with difficult circumstances to excel in their studies, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

The school has closely coordinated with businesses in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province and neighboring areas to support jobs suitable to students’ qualifications after graduation, and carry out job introduction support activities such as direct contact to advise on suitable job positions, instructing on job search skills and job interview skills for unemployed students.<\/span><\/p>\n

Immediately after graduation, the school conducted a survey of student employment to plan for employment support. The rate of students having jobs within one month after graduation is 80%. The income level after graduation of students ranges from 8-15 million VND\/month.<\/span><\/p>\n
