On January 12, 2026, a survey team from the Ministry of Education and Training conducted a survey on the organization of teaching the subject of National Defense and Security Education (GDQPAN) at Ba Ria – Vung Tau College of Technology (BCTech).<\/p>\n

Attending the working session, on the Survey Team’s side were Major General, Dr. Tran Ngoc Thanh \u2013 Director of the Department of National Defense and Security Education of the Ministry of Education and Training, as the head of the delegation, along with other members of the working group. On the school’s side were Dr. Ngo Xuan Khoat, Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector, and leaders of relevant departments, faculties, and functional units.<\/p>\n

During the working session, the Survey Team conducted a comprehensive assessment of the school’s organization of teaching and learning the subject of National Defense and Security Education over the past period. The survey focused on the implementation of policies and regulations of the Party, the State, and the Ministry of Education and Training; coordination in organizing teaching; student management; and ensuring the curriculum, duration, and learning outcomes of the subject of National Defense and Security Education.<\/p>\n

Reporting to the delegation, Dr. Ngo Xuan Khoat stated that the school has always considered National Defense and Security Education as an important component of its training program, contributing to the holistic education of students. Over the past period, the school has strictly and correctly implemented regulations regarding the curriculum, teaching plan, student management, and certificate issuance.<\/p>\n

Through on-site surveys and discussions at the working session, the Survey Team acknowledged and highly appreciated the results the school has achieved in organizing the teaching and learning of the subject of National Defense and Security Education; at the same time, they noted the school’s proposals and recommendations to further improve the coordination of training, management, and organization of teaching the subject in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

The survey team provided further guidance and direction on several key areas, helping the school to continue reviewing, supplementing, and perfecting its documentation and implementation procedures in accordance with current regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Besides evaluating the results of the implementation of the National Defense and Security Education subject, the survey team urged the school to promptly complete the conditions and procedures for establishing a National Defense and Security Education Center, meeting the training requirements in the coming period.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the working session, the school seriously considered the feedback and guidance from the Survey Team, and will continue to review and improve the organization of teaching and learning of the National Defense and Security Education subject in accordance with regulations, contributing to improving the quality of training in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n
