More specifically, Mr. Thao is the first and only vocational educator in the province up to this point to win the First Prize at the National Lecture Conference.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thao said, this is a result beyond his expectations. Because this is a prestigious competition, very strict on professional standards, most of the contestants are senior teachers. Mr. Thao participated in this competition with the desire to experience, learn and above all, surpass himself.
In this year’s contest, Mr. Thao built a detailed and clear lesson plan suitable for the lecture content, prepared a full and concise presentation slide, conveyed enough information to the audience. learn. At the same time, the teacher also carefully prepared equipment, machinery, processing drawings in accordance with technical standards and even test instruments suitable for the exam.
His submission was highly appreciated by the judges because the lecture is not only theoretical but also integrates many methods such as lectures with illustrations with real objects, videos and power point presentations, methods. Visualization combined with sample manipulation, methods of discussion, lecture, and illustration of the contents of the lesson. Along with his mature and confident teaching style, Mr. Thao completely conquered the members of the Jury. Some judges did not hesitate to give Thao’s lecture 99/100 points.
In November 2021, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thao won the First Prize at the National Conference of Vocational Educators; At the same time, he is also the only vocational educator in the province to be honored as “Typical young teacher” of BR-VT province in 2021. In 2020, Mr. Thao won the first prize at the grassroots level and the third prize at the provincial level at the Association. After graduating from university, in 2015, Mr. Thao returned to work at BR-VT College of Engineering and Technology with the desire to dedicate himself to the career of vocational education in his native land. In 2019, Mr. Thao participated in the Teacher Training Program in the Federal Republic of Germany.
