BCTech and UTH sign a partnership agreement on the college-to-university bridge program.

To facilitate further study and professional advancement for students after graduation, on July 17, 2026, Ba Ria – Vung Tau College of Technology (BCTech) and the University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City (UTH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding regarding admissions and the articulation program from the college level to the university level.
Attending the signing ceremony were Dr. Truong Huynh Nhu, Rector of BCTech; Dr. Le Van Vang, Vice Rector of UTH (and an Honored Teacher); along with representatives from various departments of both institutions.

Under the cooperation agreement, the two parties will collaborate to implement bridging programs via distance learning and work-study formats. Notably, BCTech students can attend classes and take exams directly at the BCTech campus, thereby facilitating their studies while saving time and travel costs.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding marks a significant milestone in the partnership between the two institutions, helping to expand learning opportunities and meet students’ needs for professional advancement, while also providing a high-quality workforce to support socio-economic development.
