Mr. Vo Van Thuan, Vice Rector of BCTech, congratulates and offers guidance to the graduating students as they prepare to enter the labor market

Emphasizing the significance of the graduation diploma, Mr. Vo Van Thuan, Vice Rector of the College, stated: “This is not the end of your learning journey, but rather the beginning of a new chapter. As you enter the workplace, you should apply the knowledge and professional skills you have acquired during your studies. At the same time, you should focus on developing professional conduct, a strong sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and a commitment to lifelong learning in order to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of your jobs.”

In particular, the College encourages intermediate-level graduates to set further educational goals by continuing their studies through an articulation program at the college level. Students can gain practical work experience while pursuing further education by arranging their schedules to balance work and study. Upon completing the college-level program, they will also have the opportunity to continue their education at the university level at BCTech.

This orientation demonstrates that vocational education aims not only to equip students with the skills needed to secure employment after graduation but also to establish long-term learning pathways, enabling workers to enhance their professional qualifications and broaden their career development opportunities.

With 550 students completing their training programs across 11 vocational fields and 165 students recognized for their academic achievements, the 2026 graduation ceremony marks another milestone in BCTech’s training accomplishments. It also marks the beginning of a new journey for graduates as they apply their knowledge and vocational skills in real-world settings, gradually demonstrate their professional capabilities, and contribute to the workforce.

The College hopes that graduates will continue to uphold the values instilled during their studies, proactively adapt to the workplace, and maintain a lifelong learning mindset throughout their journey of personal and professional development.
